Naposledy upravil NG0S I am having the same issue, it works fine when I switch back to It may be possible that colonist bar does not fit on screen. And to be clear this problem exists whever or not the option at the bottom right is turned on or off.
The colonist bar is always missing in windowed mode which I preferbut sometimes it reappears when I start a new colony in full screen mode. Did you try to turn off and on the option about that? Same issue here I have the same problem. Cant see it either, I guess we will have to wait on fix patch. Really hoping I can figure something out. I'm having the same problem but it happened like 20 minuites after I updated.
